ICT Update is a bimonthly web magazine with an accompanying printed bulletin and an email newsletter. Each issue of ICTUpdate focuses on a specific theme relevant to ICTs for agricultural and rural development in African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries, and features four commissioned articles. It is published by the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (CTA) ACP-EU, P.O. Box 380, 6700 AJ Wageningen, the Netherlands.
In this issue: While some of the initial reasons for establishing telecentres no longer exist, that doesn`t mean that telecentres no longer have a function.
