Ready: Monitoring and Evaluation Framework and Tools for Risk Communication/ Community Engagement (RCCE) & Covid19 [english]
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) component of an RCCE program must be considered, planned and budgeted for from the onset of the communication response. In the initial phase, M&E should focus on developing simple, use-oriented and flexible systems that can be adjusted to the changing context.
