Programme Manager
Edwar Hanna is specialised in development, built environment, community empowerment and project management. He leads the delivery of a range of Network projects and initiatives. Recent projects with partners such as UNICEF and UNAIDS include a Youth Entrepreneurship project for Syrian youth, and an HIV/AIDS focused project showcasing communications innovations. Consultancies are delivered to a range of clients in the areas of research, C4D strategy, evaluation and capacity development. Edwar has a background in training, both in development and in the private sector, and has led project management trainings and developed participatory workshops for a range of clients. Edwar is responsible for the Network projects and consultancies. He is also part of the management team responsible for coordination across the Network, with members in 126 countries and Country Chapters emerging in over twenty countries. He holds a Masters degree in Urban Design and Development, University College London, UK.
