Gwendolyn works with participatory photography and design as tools to ‘give voice’ to non-dominant communities, to elicit knowledge in participatory learning and development and as a lens onto ICT skills development. She has a seventeen-year career in graphic design and photography and her interests lie in cultural resilience, identity and storytelling and the intersections between art, sustainability science and the public. Gwendolyn has experience in photography, participatory processes and community engagement, teaching, facilitation, research, graphic design, communication, writing and project management and the ability to work fluidly with a diverse stakeholder set.
