Volunteer Spotlight
This quarter’s Fellowship Volunteer is Mia Zanuttini, who is currently studying for a Masters in Media and Development at Westminster University.
I am passionate about the idea of leveraging communication strategies and technology to tackle preventable challenges.

The C4D Network and its parent company Communications for Development Ltd is managed by Co-Directors Edwar Hanna and Jackie Davies, with administrative and coordination support.

The C4D Network has an Advisory Board composed of experts in the field of ‘good communication’.

Associate are experts who provide professional consultancy services via the Agency or training service via the Academy.

C4D Network Member are individuals who have joined the community to learn, exchange and collaborate for the joint goal of increasing the quality and impact of ‘communication for good’.
Between 2011 and 2021 over 3,000 members joined the Network. In 2024 a new membership structure was introduced retiring the old web-based social network with profiles and moving membership to dedicated sections of social media platforms such as LinkedIn and contact via e-newsletter.

Friends of the C4D Network are institutions and individuals who align with our mission to increase the impact of good communications in development, rights and humanitarian contexts. Friends are engaged through quarterly updates.

Strategic Partners of the C4D Network are institutions who have partnered with us around specific projects or around a broader common agenda and memorandum of understanding to advance our work.
Strategic Partners have included UNICEF (with a formal Partnership Agreement focusing on communication and peace), and BBC Media Action; as well as universities such as Day Star University in Kenya and Westminster University in the UK.

Volunteers at the C4D Network are welcomed in different divisions.
Early career communicators can be part of the Fellowship Volunteer Programme for fellowships of 3 months for skills-building.
Communication specialist with varied areas of focus are welcomed as volunteers for activity across the Community and Academy divisions, sharing and mentoring others, and providing assistance in the development of initiatives and outputs.
