This fact sheet addresses the question of ‘What happens when people have too much information about a problem that makes it difficult to identify a solution?’ During an epidemic, there are often confusion and rumours. People get a lot of different information from media, friends, family, social media, organizations or other sources. Some of these sources may give conflicting information.
